We at Anime Attire strive to give you a quality product of your choice.

1) What is Exchange Policy for T-shirts?
All the collection in the anime attire are limited edition products and are made specially on your order demand that's why currently we do not exchange or return the product on the basis of size issue, but in case if the product is damages ripped or the wrong size or product is delivered to you, in that case its the responsibility of the anime attire to get that product exchanged.
2) What sort of checks do you do for Replacement products?
We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you. Clothing products with tags should have the brand tags intact, products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for exchange.
3) How long will the exchange process take?
Once you request for a exchange, you have to self-ship the product to us. We will send the delivery address through email .The Reverse Pickup facility is not available by our courier partners.
You will need to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. We will issue a discount coupon for your replacement after it reaches our office and the products are verified. This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the replacement request.

4) Can I cancel my order before it is shipped out ?
You can cancel the order from your orders page if it has been not processed from our end. All the orders usually take around 48-72 hours to get processed. Orders containing DTG T-shirts can not be cancelled once these product have been manufactured as they are printed on demand

5) Can I get a refund for my prepaid order if I cancel it ? 
Yes, we can refund your prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refund will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
