1) How long does it take to process the order ?

It takes around 48-72 hours depending on the order . If their is a bulk order we will notify through your mail how much time it will take to process
 
2) Is their any additional charges for COD ( Cash on Delivery ) ?
 
Yes, we charge a flat fee of Rs 50 on every COD order
 
3) Can I cancel my order before it is shipped out ?
 
You can cancel the order from your orders page if it has been not processed from our end. All the orders usually take around 48-72 hours to get processed. Orders containing DTG T-shirts can not be cancelled once these product have been manufactured as they are printed on demand
 
4) Can I get a refund for my prepaid order if I cancel it ? 
 
Yes, we can refund your prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refund will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
 
5)  What is Exchange Policy for T-shirts?
 
All the collection in the anime attire are limited edition products and are made specially on your order demand that's why currently we do not exchange or return the product on the basis of size issue, but in case if the product is damages ripped or the wrong size or product is delivered to you, in that case its the responsibility of the anime attire to get that product exchanged.
 
6) Do you take bulk order or customized products ?
 
Yes. we absolutely do. You can email us with your order and design details at theanimeattire@gmail.com. We'll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.
 
7) How long will the exchange process take?
 
Once you request for a exchange, you have to self-ship the product to us. We will send the delivery address through email .The Reverse Pickup facility is not available by our courier partners.
 
8) What sort of checks do you do for Replacement products?
 
We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you. Clothing products with tags should have the brand tags intact, products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for exchange.
 
9) What should i do if my payment fails?
 
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
• Please confirm if the information you've provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn't disrupted during the process.
• If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at - theanimeattire@gmail.com
 
10) What are the payment methods that are accepted ?
